Working on your core provides stronger abdominal muscles, lower back support and better posture. Having a stronger core also helps with balancing and standing poses. It is the literal center of your stability.

In this workshop, you’ll target core-specific poses with action and alignment; working on planks, Boat Pose, twists, and more. Once you get the poses, you’ll integrate core-strengthening techniques into those specific asanas. Learning to combine the strengthening techniques into your yoga practice will illuminate how it can all flow together.

Fortify your core mindfully and effectively, you’ll learn how to use your poses to create steadiness and precision in your mind while fostering strength and space for breath within your body.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to engage your core and activate the life force potential from within. Once you understand how to activate your potential from within, you’ll be able to practice yoga on and off the mat.
