Power Flow

Power flow vinyasa refers to a dynamic and vigorous style of yoga that combines the fluid breath-synchronized movements of traditional vinyasa with a heightened focus on building strength and endurance. Most classes include faster transitions between poses and more physically demanding sequences. This creates a more intense flow practice that pushes your physical limits while maintaining mindful breathing.
