Thai yoga is a therapeutic practice which enhances flexibility and circulation‚ tones muscles, and relieves anxiety and stress.
After finishing a Thai Yoga session, you will feel calm, peaceful and grounded with a sense of spaciousness in your body allowing for easy fluid movement.
This practice integrates passive stretching with massage and accupressure techniques. To create the fluid spacious feeling, we focus on the “sen” lines (energetic lines) of your body.
Thai Yoga is done on a mat on the floor. Loosely fitted clothing and socks are required so that you can be moved in more ways than one!

After studying in both the USA and Thailand, I’ve been offering Thai massage for nearly 20 years. In this time, I’ve learned to listen to your needs while moving your body intuively to learn what its needs are. With all of this infomation, we will work together to create a feeling of harmony between you and your body.
